How do I activate my new PTS IoT devices?
PTS IoT devices purchased with a 'Service Bundle' are activated before shipping. Simply, install the device, and you're ready to go!
My device is installed, but it's not checking in?!
Please verify your installation, and follow the instructions listed on the product guide, available here. For further assistance, please contact PTS IoT Technical Support.
How do I know which model of device I have?
The PTS IoT Device Lookup tool allows you to search for device model info, using the device's IMEI. Your IMEI is printed on the device and in the Unit settings page.
How do I monitor my device/vehicle?
From your web browser, please visit the PTS IoT Tracking Portal. For links to download mobile apps, visit the PTS Apps & Software page.
What if I forgot my password?
PTS IoT makes it easy to reset your passwords, just go to the login screen and click the "forgot your password?" link, and a password reset will be sent to your email.
I'm not sure how to use the platform?
Schedule a training with us, reach out to us at info@ptsiot.com and we'll happily train you on the platform. It's what we're here to do!
